Description
With the intervention of Étienne Bultingaire, Ben Farey of the Tricyclique Dol collective proposed a sound treasure hunt in the urban environment. This discreet stroll questioned our relationship to noise and silence, putting the spectator in a state of attentive listening, in search of this enigmatic Source.

Biographies
Étienne Bultingaire
Sound concept creator for the pioneer of electro-acoustic music Pierre Henry and artistic co-director of Lutherie Urbaine, Étienne Bultingaire is a conscientious artist-poet of the acoustic in situ who mixes an extreme precision with little-known recovered materials or sound properties. He creates for the Clos Barbizier an interactif sound scenary: the sounds captured are traited and then diffused while doing echo to the interventions of those who will scratch, rub or play two unusual instruments he will build and install within the Clos Barbizier during the first days of Bien Urbain.
Ben Farey (Tricyclique Dol collective)
Tricyclique Dol is a collective of artists from Besançon. Their proposals are based on the quest for sensory perceptions. All are linked to the space and its environment (architecture, history, sounds, colors, etc.) in order to awaken in the spectator a desire to re-appropriate the place through the story that is told. Intervention methods, spaces and public involvement are always treated in different ways.
