« Ce collier est un cadeau à l’un des « pères de l’anarchisme », Pierre-Joseph Proudhon. Après l’avoir fabriqué, je l’ai placé au cou d’un monument qui lui est dédié dans sa ville natale de Besançon, en France. Puis j’ai invité des artistes qui faisaient comme moi partie du festival d’art public Bien Urbain, à poser avec ce collier à leur manière. La marchandisation de la révolte et aussi de l’art politique a été complétée par cet acte. Le projet a été réalisé à l’occasion du 50e anniversaire des révoltes de 1968, comme un hommage à ces mouvements. »

« This necklace is a gift to one of the « father of anarchism », Pierre-Joseph Proudhon. After manufacturing I placed it around the neck of a monument dedicated to him in his city of birth Besançon, France. Then I invited artists who were like me part of the public art festival Bien Urbain, to pose with this necklace in their own way. The commodification of revolt and also political art was completed by this act. The project was realised on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the 1968 revolts as an homage to the movements. »
